Stephanie went out of her way to do everything...
Stephanie went out of her way to do everything to sell our house. She made some remodeling suggestions and helped us pick the paint colors and the carpeting. We had the house listed with another agent for a pretty long time before Stephanie came along. She sold our house pretty quickly once we changed agents. Agents do make a difference. We would definitely recommend Stephanie. We don't know about her negotiation skills because the offer on the house came in at full price.
