Stephanie made the sale of my home unbelievably easy. From her providing comps on other housing so we listed it correctly, to the staging and the eventual process of reviewing and accepting offers. I highly recommend her for any of your buying or selling needs.
Stephanie is seriously AMAZING. So knowledgeable, kind, patient, understanding, you name it. She never made me feel like a burden or rushed me. She made sure I was happy every step of the way and was incredible through the pandemic as well. While under every contract I was, she was incredible in helping me understand everything and made sure I was okay with the terms. She helped me when I decided I needed to walk away for personal reasons and made sure I didn't feel frustrated. The house I ended up with is beautiful and I am so happy and thankful! I would recommend her to anyone who needs a home!
Stephanie came highly recommended from a friend and exceeded all expectations.

Stephanie was fantastic working with us! She was quick and very understanding of what we were looking for. We had listings to consider emailed to us the next day. Through out the process, she made a point to keep us informed of what was happening in terms of paperwork. We definitely would recommend her services to our family and friends.
Stephanie was recommended by a dear friend of ours. From the beginning, Stephanie was professional and showed a true interest in helping us. When you are trying to sell your home during a pandemic, having someone who is patient and understanding is a must and Stephanie was the poster child for patience and understanding. Throughout the process, Stephanie stayed in contact with us, keeping us up to date on everything and making sure we were fully informed and prepared for anything coming up. Stephanie handled all the stress of selling our home during a pandemic, with all the challenges that would bring, with grace. Our home listed on a Friday and by Sunday, 2 days later, we had received and accepted an offer. Stephanie was the ultimate professional from the first meeting until the closing. We would strongly recommend Stephanie Cox to anyone and everyone who is looking to buy or sell a home.
Stephanie is truly gifted at real estate. She is extremely motivated and detailed. She is also extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. She made the entire process simple and stress free! I would recommend her to anyone!!!!
Stephanie Cox was recommended to us by a friend. We were looking to downsize, selling our home of 15 years. From the first meeting , Stephanie was professional, knowledgeable, and fully prepared to help us through the process. Selling your home during a pandemic is, of itself, stressful and frightening, but Stephanie was there to answer any questions, provide information, and walk us through it. Our home listed on a Friday and an offer was accepted 2 days later. From beginning to end, Stephanie made sure we were informed and always prepared. We would strongly recommend Stephanie Cox to anyone buying or selling a home.
Being a first time home buyer I was clueless going in and a little nervous. Stephanie Cox patiently answered all my questions and walked me through every step of the way. She was very knowledgeable about the areas of Cincinnati and real estate in general. Stephanie was always easy to reach and was flexible about scheduling showings. Also even though my closing came during a pandemic she kept me up to date on all the changes happening because of the virus. I can't recommend her highly enough. Stephanie is great at what she does.
