This was the second time in ten years having Stephanie help find a new home. She is very understanding and encouraging. It took a little time to narrow down all of the requirements of the new home, but she took the time and showed many, many options in a variety of neighborhood, Now our new house is exactly what we need and hope to stay in for a very long time! Stephanie helped us find a home. By us a mean 3 generations and everyone wanted something different. She was always keeping us up to date, she always had time for the many houses we wanted to look at, she never failed to point out anything of importance that we did not notice. She was very knowledgeable on every aspect of the houses we looked at from the age of the AC to the water heater, she always pointed out the property lines cause that was important to us and she never seemed to mind having the kids under foot. We we finally found what we wanted and had 1 issue after another she helped resolve everything. I would highly highly highly recommend Stephanie cause she will help you from beginning to end.
