About Stephanie

Stephanie helps an average of 32 people a year complete one chapter of their lives and open the next one in the Dayton area. She is responsive to clients, helps provide a less stressful transaction and patient along the way. Whether it is a condo or single family residence, she supports, guides and goes beyond the call of duty to get you into that place you call home. After growing up in North Dakota and graduating from the University of North Dakota, Stephanie decided to explore the US and became an Ohio transplant after meeting her husband. Their two boys are very active in football and basketball and you will often see Stephanie cheering them on every weekend! Kona, the furry child and boxer/great dane mix, rounds off their household! You better believe there is never a dull moment in this house! In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys testing the next top recipe on her family, taking in the Metroparks, riding bike or running on the miles of trails OR relaxing with her family by the fire watching the next upcoming movie on Netflix! You may even see the family out and about sampling all the unique tastes of Dayton - chic restaurants, breweries and those stellar sandwich shops! Why is Real Estate important to Stephanie? It is plain and simple. She loves being a part of her clients lives and helping them easily travel into the next chapter by finding that perfect house to call home. And THAT is what it is all about.
