I would highly recommend Stephanie Christianson. She is extremely knowledge in her position. She was continually checking new listings to make sure we were competitive with our price. Stephanie made sure she was available to us to answer any questions or concerns. Stephanie was positive and encouraging due to the amount of stress involved when selling a home. When we received multiple contracts on our home --on Christmas Eve, Stephanie helped us sort out the offers so we could make an informed decision even though it was a holiday. Then she assisted us during the contract/closing phase. We were so lucky to have such a knowledgeable professional help us sell our home.

Throughout the entire 10 month buying process, Stephanie was a great support system and resource. We purchased a new build and she was always on top of the builders and available when we had questions. It felt like we had someone always looking out for our best interest.
