I normally dont write reviews for anything or anyone, but the outstanding service I received from Stephanie Corrasco deserves people to know who she is. Stephanie put all of my needs first when helping me find a property. She genuinely cared about negotiating and putting me in the best deal possible based on my needs. Stephanie was always patient with all my ask and was able to make this process as easy as possible. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy or with any real estate advice…i will work with her again.

Stephanie was not the first agent we interviewed, but she set herself apart from the rest by putting in work to identify relevant comparable properties. Not too high trying to flatter us, or too low which would effect our bottom line. She explained the marketing plan, and acted on it immediately. Stephanie communicated with us every step of the way, explained options clearly, gave her opinion, but let us decide without pressure. She and her team were available whenever we needed them, and the results speak for themselves, the home sold for $27000 over the asking price.
