Found out that homes in Oklahoma are about $100,000 less for the same square footage. Listed with Stephanie and rented there. Was not there very long and the temperature dropped to 2 degrees and did not go above freezing for days. Mentioned this to Stephanie as she was keeping me up to date on the sale of my Mesquite home. She immediately started researching for properties here in Mesquite and found my present home in short order. So, I listed, moved, sold, bought, and moved back in only a few short months. Two things; Mesquite is better than Oklahoma, and Stephanie Cannon is great whether you may be buying or selling.
