Stephanie is the ultimate realtor. She is extremely knowledgeable, communicative, and professional but what really makes her stand out is how she goes the extra mile to make sure every detail is covered. For example, when an issue arose that could have delayed the closing, she immediately connected the appropriate parties to find a solution which saved the day. Likewise, when it was learned during the final walkthrough that the house had not been cleaned adequately, and several pieces of furniture, loads of trash, and packing materials had been abandoned in the house, she immediately got with the listing agent to ensure the house was cleaned and all debris was removed prior to closing.
