Stephanie is a consummate professional who knows the community and the market thoroughly. Her expertise and professional relationships helped us to find the right house for our needs at a time when housing inventory is historically low in the area. Despite the low number of houses on the market, Stephanie was constantly monitoring inventory to help us to make a sound decision. When the right house appeared she moved decisively. Stephanie and her team communicated clearly with our lender and the day of closing was easy.

Stephanie is knowledgeable and professional. You won’t find better! She can recommend an electrician or a restaurant, can refer to the poetry of Khalil Gibran or the local tax codes, and genuinely loves this area.

Stephanie was so great to work with throughout this process. She is very knowledgeable and made sure to help me every step of the way. This was my first home and I was very new to how everything worked. Stephanie listened to me and helped guide me to my dream home. I am beyond grateful for her help and enjoyed working with her. If I am ever in the market to buy again she is the first person I will contact. I cannot thank her and fish real estate enough for all their help.
