Responsive, strategic and easy to work with!

Stephanie was a pleasure to work with and a true lifeline for my husband and me throughout the process of buying our new vacation home. The deal presented several challenges, including navigating the completion of the new-construction home from out of state. Stephanie was pro-active, flexible and responsive. She is a wonderful sounding board and a very good strategic negotiator. She is also easy to get along with, and her calm presence was very effective when dealing with the seller/builder.
