I have worked with many realtors over the years and I can honestly say none of them have been as involved as Stephanie. There were many challenges and numerous extensions signed that none of us expected. She was on top of everything and kept us completely informed as to what was happening. Prior to closing we moved to Colorado and Stephanie stepped up and made sure the house continued to look cared for. She even went so far as to keep the grass mowed using a weed whacker that the movers forgot! There are not enough positive adjectives to describe Stephanie. She is professional, genuine and completely involved with her clients. My husband and I will not hesitate to work with her again should we re-locate back to New Hampshire.

Stephanie was the most remarkable agent that I have ever dealt with. She was on top of every aspect of my finding a new home. She offered a high level of competence in her recommendations of home inspectors, water/well inspectors, electricians and septic/sewer line inspectors. She kept me informed of all actions needed and also when they were completed. She was well respected by my mortgage agent and quickly established open lines of communication to ensure all paperwork was completed. Stephanie and I attempted three other buys before we finally got this one completed. We dealt with an incompetent real estate agent on one sale, another family that was unwilling to address the condition and remedies necessary to bring their house up to code and finally a home that was lost on a bid deadline. (Someone made the same bid earlier than us.) Through all of this she was positive encouraging and anxious to help us find a home. Finally we closed and hurried to our new home to unpack three UHaul trucks as our movers did not complete our move for lack of competent managerial administration. Stephanie spent upwards of four hours with us unloading boxes and furniture!!!! She is a remarkable young woman that gives her all to her job. Her agency is very lucky to have her. Our family had to sell a property during an extremely difficult time. Stephanie sat with us and talked over all the details of this difficult time and the reason for needing to sell. She listened to everything we needed and wanted and made it happen. While the selling of the property was emotional she had made the process quick, easy and stress free.
