Happy accident I met Stephanie. Living in CO house next to bro on sale. Let's go look. Put an offer on it got beat out by 70k! Ouf of my range!! Wasn't looking to move in the first place. Steph set me up to get emails houses for sale in range. Boom! Mile away from initial, perfect brand new home because she didn't limit filter!
