Stephanie spoke to my wife and I as if she had known us for a long time. She was both open and very frank. She seemed to put herself in our shoes during the process and was a very strong advocate. If the property in question did not seem the right fit, Stephanie would express this to us; even if in doing so it meant a lower commission for her. She was very real throughout the process and her advice is what my wife and I came to rely on and accept. Even with relatively little knowledge of the local market, Stephanie made up for that lack of local market expertise in her customer-first approach.
