Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but she also truly cared about making the process as smooth as possible for us. Stephanie found reliable contractors for us, took it upon herself to fix a few minor things, and even managed the daunting task of tracking down all the necessary HOA paperwork (this was not her job, but the HOA people made it extremely difficult).
