Stephanie is the best agent we've worked with. We were moving to Asheville from out of state so we had no prior knowledge of the area. On our first phone call, she spent over an hour giving details on each neighborhood and advising on which communities to check out. Being from out-of-state, she was our boots on the ground and we trusted her give us her honest opinion. She is proactive, diligent, and very insightful. Her connections around the Asheville area also allowed us to move the process along very efficiently. If you get the chance to work with Steph, I highly recommend it!

Stephanie represented my wife and me in our recent purchase of a home in Asheville. She is fantastic. Steph was proactive, understood what we wanted, paid attention to all the details, and offered actionable and honest advice. There was no pressure for us to move quickly and close a deal -- Steph was the voice of reason on several occasions and cautioned us against being rash. As relative newcomers to Asheville, Steph began with a half-day driving tour of Asheville to show us neighborhoods we may be interested in -- she knows a lot about Asheville and offered a lot of local advice (e.g., you really don't want to be south/north of this street because it is too close to the hospital and you will hear the sirens all night). She of course pointed out a bunch of local restaurants and spots along the way. Steph moved quickly when houses came on the market and offered great advice about price points, what to offer, how to sweeten our offer outside of just the price, etc. And once we were under contract, Stephanie led the way on due diligence. She called in favors from local contractors, electricians, HVAC professionals, etc. to get quotes immediately so we could effectively negotiate before closing. Even in a seller's market, Steph negotiated a great deal for us. In addition to being a great real estate agent and advocate, Steph is also a lot of fun and made the whole process very enjoyable. She adds a personal touch that sets her apart and we never doubted that we were in great hands with someone who genuinely cared.
