I was extremely impressed with Stella's knowledge over market values. Her communication was impeccable and her professionalism was way above expectations. She was extremely helpful throughout this experience and I highly recommend her.

Stella was a sweetheart and did a great job for us. She knew the market and made suggestions, but never tried to sway us to do what she wanted. We were always comfortable that we were making our own decisions. She also handled the curve balls that came along the way when our first contract had to be cancelled and the home re-listed. It took a lot more work than expected, but she hung in there with us until the closing, which had to be done from a thousand miles away. I heartily recommend Stella and her services as a realtor.

Stella was patient and offered great ideas to get the best price out of the sale of our home. She listened to our suggestions throughout the process as well. The best aspect of working with Stella is that she is a believer in Prayer.

REmembered Stella was in real estate, had a house that wasn't super fancy, and she was sure she could help. Stella was amazing, high communicative at every step, knowledgeable both about all the legalities and helped with decisions on what to work on to make the house more attractive as well as had a plan and got people in to look at the house right away. Stella is extremely pleasant and supportive to work with. I was in a high stress and long hours position, and she just made dealing with all simple and pain free. She kept ups updated on everything that was going on, and was even alert and watching and found a scam ad using our empty house and advised us how to report it on Cragislist! She was really watching out for all our interests, and went above and beyond in helpfulness. She made everything simple, made getting the documents to us easy as we'd moved out of town while we were waiting for the house to sell, and did a great job organizing everything between us and the buyers.
