I got higher than my asking price!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Stephon. He was courteous, super friendly, reachable at all times to answer my questions and above all, very knowledgeable regarding the trends in the real estate market. It was his expert experience that allowed me to receive higher than asking price for my property. I highly recommend using him as your agent! Due to his effort to drum up interest in my property prior to it actually being listed, Stephon got me an offer within 24 hours of my property being listed! He is now my go to realtor for life.
