Stefen is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with his time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends) It was a crazy ride, but we were able to buy a beautiful home in our price range and even in a neighborhood we ended up loving! It's been a year now and I can't imagine living anywhere else. We definitely could not have done this without Stefen, this young man took care of us incredibly well during the negotiation, closing, and even after closing.
