Moving from out of State to Indiana we put our faith in Stefen as everything was being done electronically and we were basically looking for a rental until we got to know the area. We traveled to Indiana for a few days to look at both parts of the market that Stefen had set up for viewing. To OUR surprise, we found a home to purchase using Stefen's knowledge of the area, somehow he knew this home would be a great fit for us. Stefen is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with his time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends) It was a crazy ride, but we were able to buy a beautiful home in our price range and even in a neighborhood we ended up loving! It's been a year now and I can't imagine living anywhere else. We definitely could not have done this without Stefen, this young man took care of us incredibly well during the negotiation, closing, and even after closing. We hope that we will be in this home for many years to come, but when it is time to move again, we will definitely call Stefen! We recommend him with the highest regards.
