As first time home buyers it was important for us to have a knowledgeable agent to show us the ropes. With a limited budget and requirement of an excellent school district within bearable commute time to Sherman Oaks, I’m sure we were not Stefany’s easiest clients. We switched areas a couple times, made offers on several homes and lost bids, but she ultimately helped us find the perfect home in West Hills. She facilitated an amazingly speedy closing time (inclusive of several “fix it” requirements) of just one week so we could move in before Christmas. She was absolutely amazing. Stefany is one of the best agents in the area. Her remarkable qualities include a great knowledge of the market, pure professionalism and the best part is she has your best interest in mind. We've worked with other agents that are pushy and are only interested in a fast commission. But Stefany will herself say if the place she shows you is not right for you. And then on to the next place. She is wonderful and has since become a friend of the family. We will never use another agent.
