Stephanie was absolutely perfect for us. She's very skilled at what she does and we wouldn't even consider using a different realtor in the future. We've asked her to sell our condo for us once it's ready because we like dealing with her so much. She's incredibly knowlegeable, thorough, and dedicated to her clients. Everytime we started feeling stressed, she was there. We fully let her run the show with making offers and negotiating and have no regrets. She was clearly keeping up on all the reports and paperwork and knew more about the house than us in the end. I trust her completely and feel lucky to have a favorite realtor now.
