Starr is on her A- 5 Star game! Very efficient and swift in her ability to walk through/analyze our property. Got contract, fabulous pictures, and comparable properties. Priced to sell! This gave us an idea of what to expect from sale. She soft staged our property which made it very warm and welcoming! She went above and beyond, as to do some light cleaning touches on windows. Made them streak free! LOL! This was not our first rodeo in selling a property BUT I have to say it was by far the best experience working with Starr ( Yes! extra R ) She takes PRIDE and is CONFIDENT in her abilities to make the sale smooth and worry free!
