Starr was awesome. I live in a different state than the property I was selling, and really counted on Starr to be my feet on the ground during the process. Starr was knowledgeable and friendly, always available to answer questions and explain the process. She was personally there at the house to talk to me when I was on site, and when I wasn't there, she helped to line up some small repairs, to soft stage where needed. She even got spots out of carpets and crayon off walls. Starr kept an eye on the property for me since I wasn't in the area. I don't think I'd have gotten the value out of the home sale that I did without Starr's expertise. She accurately predicted the market and got multiple offers above our asking price (but not so far above as to imply that we set the asking price too low). I trusted Starr at every step of the way to advise me and help make the right decisions to maximize the value of the property. I would recommend Starr to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
