Starcha was always eager to help and has very good knowledge of the market. We asked her some tough questions regarding the comparisons between 2 towns in 2 states and she answered everything we needed. Additionally in our situation, we needed to respond quickly as the house was being competitively bid. Starcha stepped up, helped us, and worked late a couple of evenings to ensure we met the sellers timeline.
I had a very difficult situation with my house, and the paperwork was a mess and it took a little bit for closing, but she was patience and was right there anytime I had any questions. She was very punctual with getting paperwork done in contacting the mortgage company and we were in contact at all times, she will go above and beyond for anybody even the most complicated situation she kept me calm and patient through it and I think she did an excellent job! She is an angel, and I would definitely do business with her again and this was my first experience ever selling a house. So I didn’t know anything about selling a house and she listened to the situation that I was in. She is very caring about Your situation also not just a sale of a house. She’s good at what she does will help you with anything that you need help with even after!
Starcha helped us buy our first home, and we would use her every time after. This was our second home, she made the process very easy of buying and selling a home at the same time.
