Starcha acted as my sellers agent. She priced my house at the correct price, and was direct and honest about the pricing. She did not over promise and then under deliver. She had a marketing strategy when she listed it. She is ethical and direct and fights for what’s best for her clients. We were able to get 5% over asking without having to play games or negotiate. Starcha was well educated in many aspects of the sale of our house and the terms that the buyer would need for follow for us to be able to sell our house to them. She was able to negotiate difficult situations with skill, confidence, and patience. I had a very difficult situation with my house, and the paperwork was a mess and it took a little bit for closing, but she was patience and was right there anytime I had any questions.
