Effortless and smooth
Stan made selling our house an effortless and smooth process. He has a lot of knowledge of the industry and appeared to be right on with comps. Our house appraised for exactly what we listed it for. We got multiple offers and sold at list price. He is very honest and trustworthy and will point you in the right direction but ultimately listens to and respects what you want to do.
