Bought my first house with Stan’s help and knowledge right by my side the whole way. Since then I’ve purchased another property with him and we are working on another one currently. He is a genuinely kind and caring person and won’t steer you wrong.
Stan is an agent that works for his clients. When working with Stan i know my best interests is his main priority. He has a very high knowledge base. When interacting one can tell theres no games being played and its like he’s a member of the Family.
I had the Honor of having Stan Alexander for my Agent when I bought my property in 2007. If anyone knows the hassles of buying or selling real estate its Stan. We went though many problems when selling and Stan store by us the whole time and above and beyond and kept us in the loop at all times. His office may close at a certain time but he doesn't . Stan was on a family emergency trip to another state but never shut down on our sale. What other agents will do that? I wish I could use him in Texas if I sell or buy
