A true professional realtor - knowledgeable, hard-working, creative, effective, well-connected, great communicator. From the beginning I appreciated and greatly benefited from her wise counsel (and contacts) as to what to spend money on and what not to when preparing my 1950's era house for sale; then she wrote it up and listed it very well; and THEN she put effort into staging it magnificently! When the offers poured in all weekend, she kept me apprised, and deftly handled all the back and forth on the contract we chose to accept. Kind of like if you had to have a surgery or go to trial, you would want to have the best surgeon or attorney, in order to assure a good outcome - Stacy is that level of professional but in real-estate dealing.
