Stacy was a dream. She came highly recommended by contractors who did renovations on my mother's home. We weren't quite ready to buy when I first talked to her but she kept sending me possibilities every few weeks to get a feel for what we wanted, rather than ignoring us until closer to purchasing. She was easy to work with and very knowledgable. She addressed all the things that were a little worrisome to me as a first-time homebuyer and pointed out positives and negatives about all the homes we saw. We actually ended up purchasing the very first house we saw, and she walked us through all of it. It all went very smoothly and it was very reassuring to have such an experienced and personable professional on our side. I hope to not have to buy any more houses in the near future, but if I did, I'd call her immediately.

My experience with Stacey gets a grade of A+. I became responsible for the property due to my sister's death. I live out of town. I had one face to face meeting with Stacey. All other interaction was via phone,text or email. Stacey was always available and quick to respond anytime I reached out. She was helpful in making a referral when plumbing problems arose.
