This is the 2nd time we have had Stacy sell a home for us and help us purchase another home. She is a true professional and very knowledgeable with both selling and buying. Hopefully we will not need her help for a long time as we love our new home. But, we have recommended her to our friends who are searching for a home and she is helping them with their search. We were looking at homes on the Zillow sight, and wanted to look at a home that we were interested in, almost immediately after I clicked that we were interested in that home that I got a call from Stacy, and asked me when we would like to see it, so we made arrangements to look at it. We were impressed because of her immediate response and insight that they have of homes in the area, and also told us that she wouldn't show us any homes that she wouldn't live in herself. Stacy and James showed us a few homes while we were visiting and were very informative about the different homes that we looked at, we explained to them that we wouldn't be able to close on a home until Sept. and this was March. We kept contact with them through the year about homes that we were interested in seeing in July. We came back to look at a bunch of homes that we were interested in, 8 in the first day, afterwards we went to an open house that a private seller was selling that was a little more price wise than what we had been looking at, and talked to Stacy about it. The next day when we went to look at some of the homes that we were interested in, she showed us a home that was close to the price of what the open house that we had looked at. After looking at 1 more home, we decided on the home that we're in now, the one that she had found for us. After having an inspection on the home there were some issues that needed to be taken care of, and as we were in Minnesota they did the bidding for us to have these issues resolved. We are so grateful for Stacy contacting us and getting us into our new home with hers and James personal service. We also have developed a personal relationship with them as close friends. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a home.
