She has been a long time resident of Florida and therefore new all the regulations and guidelines, which she helped guide us through this process. She oversaw the entire process dealing with inspectors, lawyers etc. She also gave us advice for selling our home in Massachusetts. The process could not have been any smoother and we are ecstatic about our new home. In addition, our relationship did not end at the sale of the home. I met stacy through a friend that she had already sold a house to. I was living in NY when I first contacted her. We spoke on the phone for six months before actually meeting.
