Stacy represented me in three real estate transactions (twice as a seller's agent and once as a buyer's agent), and I could not be happier with the results and service that I received. Stacy is not a set-it-and-forget agent, she offers an extremely customized approach to each of her clients. Below are just some of the ways that she was able to guide us: From our initial meeting, Stacy showed immense understanding that selling our house was a difficult decision, but one that we needed to make. She understood that the house isn't just a building to us, but a home that we shared for many years and have great memories of; Stacy knows what sells a house, and she offered us her advice through the whole process. She let us know what small things would make the house look its best, while also advising what would be best for the new owners if left as-is; Stacy was very respectful when scheduling the open houses so as not to interfere with our schedule. She made everyone that walked through the doors feel welcome, presented the home in a way that anyone there would love to see themselves in it, and also did a great job with the marketing to make sure both days of the open house had a lot of viewers. With Stacy's help, we received an offer for above the asking price, and Stacy guided us through the rest of the process until we met at the signing table (and even checked in on us after to make sure we were situated and doing well). Stacy is a rockstar, and anyone that uses her as an agent is lucky to have her. Stacy has a unique ability to turn other agents that would be competition into assets, which is beneficial for all future buyers and sellers. This ability also led Stacy to have such a large network of excellent professionals in her (and also my) corner, and she was able to recommend home inspectors, mortgage brokers, and lawyers. Stacy made this process absolutely seamless, and I could not be happier with my decision to hire her.

I cannot say enough great things about Stacy. She goes above and beyond every step of the way. She is diligent and savvy. She is an exceptional communicator and never leaves you waiting. She understands your needs and does her best to find you the perfect place to call home. She’s also extremely patient and knowledgeable.
