I recently moved from Vienna, VA, and purchased a home in Land O Lakes, Fl using the Kitchell Group. This group which is comprised of Stacey, Renee, and Anita worked seamlessly together as a team to make my transition and home shopping experience exceptionally pleasant and fun. At first, I was not sure that I wanted to make the move, but called and scheduled a date and time to look at homes in different parts of the Tampa and surrounding areas to determine if this move was feasible for me. I mentioned this to the team, and they still spent two entire days showing me and my family homes in areas of my interest. Also, they never pushed me to buy a home.
