I recently moved from Vienna, VA, and purchased a home in Land O Lakes, Fl using the Kitchell Group. This group which is comprised of Stacey, Renee, and Anita worked seamlessly together as a team to make my transition and home shopping experience exceptionally pleasant and fun. At first, I was not sure that I wanted to make the move, but called and scheduled a date and time to look at homes in different parts of the Tampa and surrounding areas to determine if this move was feasible for me. I mentioned this to the team, and they still spent two entire days showing me and my family homes in areas of my interest. Also, they never pushed me to buy a home. Throughout the past four months, Renee and Anita have been there every step of the way. They have always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. When I identified three houses that I wanted to look at and coordinated my trip with the team, Renee went that extra mile and transported me from and back to the airport.
