Outstanding experience from start to closing I can't say enough good things about my experience with Stacy and her team. She started with a walkthrough of our house to give us an understanding of what we needed to do get get our house ready to show. She put together a stunning marketing package that truly showed our house at its finest. She was with us every step of the way, keeping us informed of everything going on with the listing/sale. She and her associates were always quick to respond to any questions/concerns we had from start to finish. Due to her efforts, we shattered the record for highest price in our subdivision. After the first (and only) open house, we had 8 offers, seven of them were at the asking price or above. We closed a week after we accepted the highest offer. Overall, a phenomenal experience.
