Working with Stacy was a great experience. I interviewed other agents before choosing her but she impressed me with her communication skills, personality, and knowledge. On our first meeting and walkthrough of my house, she pointed out several things that needed to be done before the house was listed. I would imagine that some people would be put off by that but I was impressed with her honesty and input before I listed with her. She was always easy to reach and returned calls and texts promptly. The seemed to really know the business and was very well connected and well liked in the community. She did a great job with the open houses and coordinating showings with other realtors. When things slowed down a bit, she enlisted the advice of the other agents in her office to get their impressions on how to make my house more attractive to potential buyers. I followed the advice and made a few simple changes which seemed to work because the house sold shortly after that. She’s a sharp, no-nonsense business person that takes her job and professional relationships seriously. I do not hesitate to recommend her to friends and will definitely use her in the future if I buy in Ventura County.
