As out of state sellers, Stacy Applegate was an absolute God-send for us. We were not terribly optimistic about selling our property in the midst of substantial market turmoil, but Stacy made it not only stress-free, but an amazing experience. She was incredibly knowledgeable and responsive, had (or quickly got) answers to every question we had, had reasonably priced professionals on call for all necessary pre-sale work, and personally directed everything like a symphony (including personally staging the property). As if that were not enough, her recommended listing strategy resulted in more offers & a significantly higher sale price than we’d even hoped. Our relationship with Stacy began due to the sudden death of my wife's sister and the need to sell her house as part of the estate. Stacy went all in with us and used her local knowledge to get us the right local tradespeople to do the extensive work of getting the house ready to market. Stacy literally acted as the general contractor supervising the work and keeping us informed all the way. She also arranged for proper staging and photography to make the house look its best. She stayed calm and positive through all the ups and downs of the project. Through this experience she has become like a member of our family and I give her my full recommendation
