Stacie is a phenomenal communicator. Stacie walked me through the entire process in our initial meeting and made me feel incredibly comfortable with this very stressful and huge undertaking. I felt supported throughout the entire process. I was always informed ahead of time about showings and Stacie was in constant communication about feedback she received from potential buyers and their agents. Stacie went above and beyond for me by connecting with Lenders prior to putting the Condo on the market due to some mitigating circumstances surrounding the Condo Association. I felt that the up front work, including the incredible staging that Stacie did, made all the difference. Stacie is so knowledgeable about the market here in Denver and I appreciated how candid she was about what I could realistically sell my place for.
