There are so many great things I could say about our experience selling our home with Stacia. She was very knowledgeable about the market from the beginning, and guessed how long our home would be on the market and we started escrow on that exact day! Throughout the entire of the process, she was so helpful — being accommodating for showings, walking us through pros and cons of offers, and once in escrow still helping us with major milestones. Have being both a buyer and seller multiple times, I can say without a doubt that Stacia has been the best we have ever worked with! I recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.
