Staci knew well what our new home should look like and was watching with us for the perfect one. There was no hesitation to quickly get a showing on this house. After we fell in love with it, she sprang into action. We discussed thoroughly how to write the best offer and had acceptance within a few hours. She worked great with the listing agent and also between us and the seller. She gave us her recommendations for local financing and title company and worked closely with them throughout the process. She never pushed to know our personal business but able to answer questions or lead us to the right person. Staci was excited for us and made us feel cared for each step of the process. Though she was servicing many clients at the same time as us, we never felt forgotten. She always responded timely. Because we were selling and buying simultaneously, she kept us on track. She spent many hours on our behalf and allowed others to help as needed to make sure our needs were met. Her extra acts of kindness were over and above her duties as realtor. She also expediently got to work setting up all the inspections. Our sale and purchase were very complex, and included several scenarios that no one was familiar with. Staci handled all the curveball balls thrown our way with poise and dignity. We all learned a few new things! We are happy in our new space and our former home sold in record time.
