My wife and I had a unique experience of buying a house while still being overseas. Stacey was great on her experience or finding ways to get the I formation needed. She was great at communicating and making sure we had everything done on time. She made a super stressful situation much better.

Stacey surpassed our expectations of what we wanted when working with a realtor. She immediately was super communicative and showed us properties based off what we wanted in a house. We were unable to see the houses in person, as we were moving from out of state, and she took videos and posted them on her YouTube channel so we could look at the houses whenever we wanted. Once we found a house we wanted she immediately was reaching out and communicating with us exactly what was needed from us at every step. We went with a new build and moved and although we were now in town, Stacey was with us at every walk through. She knew exactly what questions to ask and wasn’t timid when pointing out things that needed to be fixed. She was super proactive with reaching out to people for us, she always followed up with us when she said we would and answered every stupid question we had lol. I truly couldn’t imagine moving to a new state and buying a new house without Stacey as our realtor. So thankful for all of her help!

Stacey was absolutely amazing to work with, and we couldn’t have asked for a better realtor for purchasing our first home. As a military family relocating from Hawaii, we had to buy sight unseen, which can be incredibly stressful, but Stacey made the entire process smooth and reassuring. We had moments of cold feet, and she never once pressured us. Instead, she was patient, kind, and always respectful of our concerns. She went above and beyond, driving all over Columbia, SC and the surrounding areas to help us find the right home. Stacey is extremely knowledgeable about real estate and the local communities, and we especially appreciated how mindful she was of our family’s needs. She consistently encouraged us to consider good school districts, which meant a lot since we have school-aged children. We are so grateful for her dedication and would highly recommend Stacey to anyone, especially military families relocating from afar.

Stacey helped us out from a different state, made sure our home was exactly what we wanted, FaceTimed us when needed to show us, & really took care of us! She went above & beyond for our family! She made it all happen for us in a short time span as well & we are incredibly thankful for her! She’s the best of the best!

Stacey helped me and my family finally find our dream home. We were looking for a home that we could find very quick but that suited our family. My husband was in Jackson at the time she went above and beyond to accommodate him being able to walk into each house and look and see what would be the best house for our family.
