Stacey tirelessly worked to find the perfect house for us. Very professional; she knew the market and her business. Even after the sale she was supportive of us as her clients. She had a wonderful network of pros to refer to us from termite inspection, repair, and restoration to painting, plumbing, and electrical (we bought a fixer-upper). She even knew a great mold inspector and restoration team. That was her representing us as a buyer. When we recently sold a condo that we had held as a rental she was even more amazing. She kept the sale on track with her attention to detail, problem solving, negotiating skills, and timely follow through. She is deeply honest and very caring, She is very worthy of our trust. Along with a great team, she made the transaction so easy with text messaging, docusign, and even having a notary bring documents to the house for us to sign. Being with Stacey is like getting together with a best friend. When we sell our next house she will be the person we call.
