I was a first time homebuyer, and I was so nervous starting this process. Stacey was knowledgeable of the market, and work closely with my lender to make sure we were not wasting time looking at places that did not meet their requirements. We looked at a lot of places, and I started getting antsy and discourage because I felt like I wouldn't find anything. She was reassuring and made sure I knew that it is a process and we will find the right fit. She was positive, proactive and informative through it all.

I reached out to Stacey in December notifying her that I needed to be out of my living situation in two months. She told me that was plenty of time but of course, being a new homeowner, I had my doubts. She set me up quickly to start receiving email notifications of listings every morning at 8am. I would wake up anticipating those notifications. We would communicate through the portal, via text, call, email. Stacey always got back to me within the hour! I had tons of questions and concerns but she was right there from beginning to end. I was very particular about my budget and she stuck with me until I found something that made sense for me! She put that offer and worked her magic and my offer was accepted! I also closed a bit earlier than expected so we made the two month deadline and I moved into my new home with a whole week to spare! As a first time home buyer, I have heard some horror stories, but my experience was good. If there were any hiccups it was because I was in my own head. I actually feel so good about the experience, I cannot wait to connect again so that I can purchase a second property!
