Whew! Where do I begin? This market is INSANE and I didn’t realize until after a few offers were denied. I definitely believe what god has for us will be for us. Stacey found us a home OFF THE MARKET. I’m one of those clients who freak out about anything and always have a question but I must admit Stacey kept me calm through the process. One thing she said up front was “ I can’t tell you how this process is going to go but know that I am here and I will find y’all a home ” and it was in that moment I knew I made the right decision. Stacey was very easy to work with. She kept in contact with me the whole time and facilitated the sale of our property as quickly as possible. She made the process fairly painless even though we live 1000 miles from the property.
