Stacey was recommended to me by another one of her customers, we were selling a house from a estate. She new and guided us threw the probate mine field the state required. Always took our call or got right back to use within a few minutes if we had any questions, and has a list of people that can do required work to get things ready for the sale. Speaking from the seller's viewpoint,Stacey knew what to negotiate, what wasn't negotiable, and I never felt she "undercut" the price for a quick sale. It was fairly judged on the current market. She was also able to surmount the difficulties that come with working with a less experienced agent on the other side of the table. I was getting frustrated with the other side's demands for work on a home that was already priced fairly, but she got us through it.

I sort of chose Stacy as my realtor, but partly circumstance chose her. I was supposed to use the aunt of a friend of mine.
