I have bought and sold dozens of homes in my life, so I feel like I am more than qualified to render an opinion about real estate agents. Stacey, was quite exceptional, honestly. Even though I renovated the property very nicely, it had a lot going against it, in particular it was a manufactured home in a rural location. In other words, it was a very challenging sale. The buyers' lender had a large number of demands and issues that required resolution. Stacey was hands on and guided the sale forward even when it looked like all was doomed. She managed not only my expectations, but those of the other party and their agent as well. Honestly, some of the issues became so challenging, like those relating to structural engineering inspections and modifications, I am certain a large proportion of other agents would have simply given up and let the deal fold. Not only did Stacey manage the pressure, she had good people, contacts and networks to utilize in order to keep everything on track. In the end, it was a 3 month escrow. Stacey never complained or lost her perspective. She was always honest and plain-spoken and did not sugar coat the issues. She deserves all the good praise that the other reviewers have sent her way.
