After taking a look at our property she suggested a valuation which was well aligned with what we had arrived at independently. Listing the house was quick and easy. She handled everything for us, from taking pictures for the listing, to recommending a plumber to replace a leaky supply value, to arranging the haul away of debris our tenant had left.
