I honestly cannot say enough good things about my realtor. Selling this house was no easy feat, and I truly don’t know how we would have gotten through the process without her. We were in escrow three separate times. The first buyer lost their job, the second buyer’s purchase was contingent on the sale of their home and that sale fell through, and thankfully, the third buyer closed. Through two failed escrows and all the frustration that came with them, she never lost momentum. She stayed positive, kept marketing, and kept pushing forward until we got it done. This was also not a typical property. The house is in a remote area where fire insurance can be difficult and expensive to obtain, winters bring snow, and there are bears. Two of the three buyers’ agents were not local and were unfamiliar with the area, so she frequently found herself educating them and handling things that really should have been taken care of on the buyer’s side. She constantly went above and beyond. She followed up when others didn’t, kept things moving, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. She also kept me informed about showings, feedback, offers, and everything happening during escrow. She thought outside the box with marketing and continually came up with creative ways to get attention on a property that was not necessarily an easy sell. Most importantly, I never felt like I was just another listing. She was genuinely invested in getting my house sold and worked incredibly hard from beginning to end. After three escrows, two deals falling apart, out-of-area agents, insurance challenges, and everything else this sale threw at us, we finally closed—and I give her all the credit for getting us there. If you want a realtor who communicates, follows through, solves problems, and truly goes above and beyond, I would recommend her in a heartbeat. She was absolutely fabulous!

Stacy had been great to me and my family. We have now purchased 3 properties with her and she always fought for our terms. She understands what has to be done and knows how to get it done. She is very friendly and professional and sees the transactions through. She is very proactive and responsive, even if she’s out of town. And if she cannot answer, she relays all the information to her assistant who is also very reponsive.

From a former real estate professional- Stacey outperformed all of our expectations! Stacey had to work with my Uncles widow, whose primary language is Korean . With her expertise and knowledge she was able to convey all the steps to selling with translators, etc and getting extended family help. Every step of the sale was explained… especially after the inspection step. Stacey was able to keep everything together and keeping all calm. We just love her!!! I recommend Stacey wholeheartedly for either buying or selling your property. She has HUGE experience and a deep knowledge base to draw from... but it's how she implements her experience and fluidly handles the occasionally unexpected terrain of a sale that really makes Stacey special.
