Stacy helped us both sell and purchase homes. Her knowledge of the market was excellent and she sold our house at a competitive price that both sold quickly and earned us more than we imagined we would earn. She was patient with us through an extensive house search and found us the perfect home. Stacey does not pressure her clients, but offers sound advice, an excellent base of knowledge, and she goes the extra mile to get things done.

Stacey was simply awesome. We þought we knew what was going on in the area but Stacey KNEW what was going on. We had some very specific location criteria to work with and some pretty open ideas about an actual house. Stacey handled it all like a pro. The most outstanding thing about Stacey though, is how on top of the paperwork she was. She kept it all organized and flowing well. We used Stacey to sell our old home and buy our new one. She was very friendly all the time and could anticipate our needs for information. Quite simply, she always had the right information. We had a couple of hiccups but it was very apparent that it was not us or our realtor. Stacey is aces and I will gladly recommend her to anyone buying or selling or both.
