Stacey knew what to ask for my house based on comps in the area and her vast knowledge of Braintree. She staged the house with the little furniture that was in the house. The pictures she had done showed the house online to its fullest potential. Every step of the way she was able to answer all of the questions I had about the process. She offered services that made it most convenient for me. Smoke detectors and any unwanted furniture or goods left behind she was able to get the place cleaned out in time for the closing.
