At the beginning of our process she helped us figure out our financial logistics and was helpful explaining the things we had questions on, from there we knew it would be a good fit and that she would help us find the house that is home. We searched for about 6 months with Stacey before finding our perfect home. She took us on many trips out to see several houses to get a feel for exactly what we needed and wanted, she was always down for a new area to search in and travel to. Stacey made this process easy for us. We never once got stressed out or worried and when we had questions Stacey always had the answer even after we got our keys! Stacey Ballerino not only took her time finding us our home. She helped us get the best rate and mortgage program and told us what we needed to do in order to qualify. Walked with us through our entire home inspection. The sellers caused many problems in the week of the closing. They left most of their items and Stacey helped in removing all the trash, furniture, trailer and clothing left behind. Even once we signed the closing documents, she was there to be sure things were handled professionally and correctly. She got us some estimates on how much it would cost to get items removed, dumpster pricing etc... She is truly the hardest working realtor out there. My previous homes I went through purchase process alone. I will never do that again. Stacey took all the stress off my plate and helped me accomplish this difficult task purchase the way we wanted and needed too. Forever thankful!

Stacey Ballerino is the best realtor I ever could have asked for. She went above and beyond to make the home buying process as smooth, easy, and educational as possible. She set up tours of houses on the market where she educated me on the pros and cons of each. She never pressured me to buy something that wasn't the right fit for me. As a first time home buyer, I was overwhelmed with the options and I didn't know what I didn't know. Stacey is the hardest working realtor I've ever meet, and also the most intent on finding the right home for the buyer. I couldn't be happier with her assistance throughout the process, and I highly recommend someone considering her as their realtor. Stacey is amazing. So knowledgeable and communicative. She helped me and my husband find a dream home for our little boys! She is beyond patient and kind. We had the pleasure of coming back to her over the course of two years where we had to work on our finances and credit scores and when we came back to her she was still ready and willing to help and remembered all of our info on what we wanted and were looking for. She always listened to what we wanted and gave advice that you just can’t put a price on that lead us to our dream home even in such a crazy market! We got our house well below asking with great conditions and even a better loan through one of her many connections! Can’t recommend her enough!
